Sleeping Venus - Timelapse

Decided to finally release The making of the "Sleeping Venus"

This sculpture restoration took fair a bit of time but I am happy how it turned out. Original sculpture is based in the National Museum of Liverpool. It was then scanned by Oliver's team and the raw data was handed to me.

I was commissioned to restore some parts and completely sculpt from scratch all the kid figures, while respecting the style that the initial sculpture was done in back in time. All this was based on a single drawing which was preserved in the #BritishMuseum until today. I had to also restore the lying figure after the censorship.

This video has been made thanks to Oliver and his team, by using images that I have provided from different stages of the sculpture. The final turntable represents the finished result of the sculpture.
